Leadership Team

Our leadership team combines decades of pioneering best practice in pharmaceutical naming worldwide:

Denis Ezingeard Denis Ezingeard, ixxeo Based in Geneva, Denis designed our proprietary Name Engineering model and leads global naming projects. Denis co-founded Interbrand Wood Europe and Nomen Healthcare. He has managed numerous global branding projects requiring FDA and EMA approvals for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporations around the world. And he has created distinctive global brands such as Fuzeon®, Multaq® and Twynsta®. Prior to healthcare branding, Denis' eclectic career blended engineering, marketing, and management consulting. At Hoechst in Germany, he managed project complexity and risk. As marketing director at Zodiac in France, he rejuvenated its global consumer brand identity. And as a senior partner at Mercer Switzerland, he specialized in total quality and marketing management consulting. Denis graduated from Ecole Centrale Marseille in France as a chemical engineer and earned his MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is equally fluent in English, French and German, and enjoys a number of recreational activities: jazz and world music, aboriginal art, birdwatching, mountaineering, and exploring natural preserves such as Borneo, Pantanal, Papua, and Patagonia.
